All Tickets need to be purchased online as of 2020 and you must have a pre-booked ticket to visit us.
Tickets can be paid for online by using any major credit or debit card, and this includes American Express. The Castle online booking system is facilitated by the MasterCard Secure Code system so if your card is supported by this system you will have to input your personal secure code in order to process payment.
