In line with the latest Government guidance, we are delighted to say that Warwick Castle & Knight’s Village has reopened.
Due to current restrictions some enclosed areas remain closed or will only permit limited guests at any one time. You can check exactly what’s available in our FAQs below.
We have additional hygiene and safety measures in place throughout the Castle and Knight's Village, including temperature checks on arrival, enhanced cleaning, one-way systems and social distancing markers. Further information on these measures can be found here.
Our re-opening is in line with the latest UK Government guidance and we'll continue to review and follow our local authority and central Government advice. We ask that all our guests do the same to help protect themselves and each other.
We kindly ask that you respect the Government guidance at all times - and continue to adhere to the rule of six/two family rule when indoors (from 17th May). Groups of up to 30 are able to gather outdoors (from 17th May) however, guests in larger groups are asked to be respectful of other guests and to:
- Maintain social distancing between themselves and other guests in our queue lines
- Avoid gathering together in busier areas of the grounds
- Work with our teams if we request you to split into smaller groups to help maintain social distancing
Group tickets will only be available for up to 30 people for day time visits and will not include hotel, events or restaurant bookings.
You are required to use the NHS Test & Trace service by scanning the QR codes located around the castle estate, to check-in throughout your visit. If you do not have the official NHS app or smartphone, you can provide your details by speaking to a member of our team.
To allow for social distancing and additional cleaning across our Covid-secure venue, we've reduced the number of guests allowed to visit each day. Therefore, you must pre-book your tickets prior to arrival.
We ask all guests to respect each other, our employees and our guidelines on maintaining good hygiene, keeping a safe distance between others and wearing masks* as and where they are required.
If you or anyone from your household displays any symptoms of Covid-19, please postpone your visit. If you need to rearrange your visit due to Covid-related illness or local travel restrictions, details of how to do this can be found below.
We thank you for playing your part and we can’t wait to see you soon!
