Following the latest Government update, Warwick Castle Resort continues to be closed until further notice.
Pre-existing bookings for all day tickets (including ice skating, light trail and castle grounds) will be automatically cancelled and refunded, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
We endeavour to refund all affected guests within 14 working days and we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting our Guest Services team in the meantime, whilst we manage a high volume of bookings.
If you have a pre-existing short break booking that’s been affected by this temporary closure (for Knight’s Village, our Tower Suites or a partner hotel) you will be contacted by our dedicated short breaks team via email.
