To obtain your neighbours pass, please see our team at the ticket sales desk and provide valid proof of address dated within the past six months, along with a form of photo ID. Please note that driver’s licences are not accepted as proof of address.
Photographs can be taken at the castle for each applicant, or you may bring a high-quality passport-style photo.
A maximum of four passes will be issued per household.
