Check-in and Check-out:
- Hotel, Lodge & Glamping guests can check-in to their accommodation from 4pm onwards. Your check-out time is 11am with express check-out available.
- All guests should head to the main hotel Reception to check-in - What3words for this is ///potato.roofs.wires
- Towers Suites guests: Your check-in time is from 3pm. You'll be required to contact your concierge 10 minutes prior to your arrival via the phone number on your email confirmation. Your check-out time is 10am.
- If you are staying at one of our nearby partner hotels please check your confirmation for check-in and out information.
- The Castle opens its gates every day at 10am.
Pre-Authorisation of your Card:
- Please note that upon check-in to the accommodation, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for a pre-authorisation against your room. A set amount will be held and will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days.
- If you are staying at one of our nearby hotels, a pre-authorisation may be requested by the hotel.
