I've lost/forgotten my tickets - what should I do?

If you have lost/forgotten your tickets, please see our team at the Ticket Sales Desk who will be happy to assist with locating your booking. Please provide them with your order booking number and the email address you used to book your tickets with. 

Please be aware that you may be asked for further information or photographic ID.
