Why am I unable to book for my selected visit date?

Our system will not allow any bookings to be made on dates if your ticket type is invalid or if we are at full capacity on the date you would like to visit. If our tickets are unavailable, it will show as greyed out on our booking portal.  

Please note: To guarantee Castle entry we recommend pre-booking, through our booking portal. Your tickets can be pre-booked online here.
